Each item sold through Heritage Row is either antique, vintage, or one-of-a-kind. While we make every effort to describe items accurately, natural imperfections and variations are inherent to the nature of vintage goods.
- All items are sold as described and photographed.
- We do not guarantee the availability of any item shown online; inventory may change at any time without notice.
- Colors and textures may appear differently on individual screens or devices.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all billing details are accurate.
5. Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be added to orders shipped within states where required by law.
6. Shipping & In-Store Pickup
We currently offer in-store pickup from our High Springs, Florida location. Shipping may be available upon request for select items.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing pickup details and bringing proper identification at collection.
- Shipping costs, methods, and insurance (if available) will be confirmed prior to fulfillment.
- Heritage Row is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses once items have been transferred to the shipping carrier or collected in-store.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the unique nature of our merchandise, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Exceptions may be made at our discretion for items damaged in transit or delivered in error. If you believe your order qualifies for review, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your item.
8. Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to provide current and accurate information, but errors (including typographical, pricing, or inventory errors) may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors at any time and cancel or revise orders as necessary.
